Final stop: Residence Inn
A place where kids and adults will love anytime. Located at the heart of the city and homing a very cozy atmosphere. From the indoor reptile display where you can see all kinds of snakes, lizards, and little gators. It’s both a good relax sightseeing and fresh feeling once you step out the patio leading to a homey restaurant overlooking the beautiful Taal volcano. Dining just right by the mountainside turned resto is just fun. Enjoying the cool breeze and the sumptuous meal at the same time. Afew meters away starts the trail for the zoo. It’s oval arrangement of the animals makes it easy for the tourists to see the animals. And the up and down stone-staircases that leads to more animals by the mountais is what spells exciting! Going down a few steps of the manmade flight of stairs you will see the porcupines in their small cages. Go down further are the birds, eagles, herons and owls.. and more others in their big cages where they can fly and display their antics to the people. Going down another flight is the Lion’s den. Sitting deep by the side of the mountain houses the Lion that roars so loud when it sees many people surrounding it’s cage. It was frightening and exciting to actually hear the king of the jungle roar so loud! After the, you can go up the other side where you’ll end up with the donkeys where you can take some pics of you sitting on them for only Php20.
A day spent in this city is well relaxing and fun. I will never tire of going back everytime. It’s like a fine getaway from the busy streetlife and work. It’s always worth another visit, another time.
